"Unbelievable. Went into store to complete my mother's ambulance claim. Completed the form and then handed the form to a male employee. He checked it and said it was fine and that was all. One month later get a bill dated 1 week ago from a debt collection agency requesting payment of the ambulance fee. THIS SCUMBAG DIDN'T SUBMIT OUR FORM OR DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT. Why is there no audit or trail on this? please explain!"

They are Quick to take your Money, then use all the F#$KING excuses not to return it back or change your policy. I hope the HEALTH MINISTER gets to read this review from a customer who I only wanted a policy changed for his benefit & not costing them any financial loss. This is with their call centre. Indian call centre personnel by the name of Dev ( F#$K WIT) who contradicts himself & then his F#$KING STUPID MANAGER by the name of ERIN. I'm still trying to figure out who is F#$KING STUPID & who is F#$KING STUPIDER. I'm ANGRY & with Reason. No Stars"
"Paying customer for over 10 years. Had an issue making a claim. When I went to the store for help with a declined hicaps receipt, was met with the most dismissive and rude customer service I have ever experienced. Was essentially looked up and down and instructed to go and pay my bills! Was not offered any assistance to resolve the issue. Which as it turns out, was caused by a staff member cancelling my direct debits when I updated my payment details. Disgraceful. Why have I wasted tens of thousands of dollars when I get this type of response?"
