"Totally incompetent admin staff...! My son loved his classes BUT: - I ordered a DVD of the concert November or December last year (for $65) - not only do I still not have it but they are now not replying to me... - I ordered dance shorts for his classes - two terms later they still hadn't come in... ... I would guess this is all because of reception rather than the actual school but as admin is how you will connect with the school it has to work - and admin is just completely incompetent. Because of that I would NOT recommend this dance school to anyone. It is just too frustrating."
