"Partner and i went in today to get a suit jacket and shirt for a conference. The woman who helped us was named Julie, she was fantastic. We ended up getting a suit jacket with pants, a shirt, and tie. It was great service and she was very helpful. We don’t do things that require a full suit, so were unsure of how to coordinate shirt/jacket/tie; Julie helped us understand what google told me better and we left the store VERY happy."
"What a disgrace and a non existent experience. 3 people working in the store, 2 sets of customers in the store, one customer being served and I was standing there waiting for service but the 2 other employees were way too busy having a conversation to serve me. To add to the insult, they both looked at me and then turned away to continue their conversation. I know Lowes is known for cheap clothing and now I know they also offer cheap to no service."
"Reasonable prices, how ever over stocking racks of clothes are a hassle for customers like myself, show to me that staff can't or don't want to be bothered to place clothes evenly and spaced after customers have re arranged them. Staff attending to my browsing had help me hopefully find the sizes was great with his customer service towards me. However the female's staffs seem more interested in customer's life ."
