"Can never get acknowledged by staff when I walk into the store, get ignored even though they’ve clearly seen me, 3 people on today and couldn’t even help the lady in the change rooms find the product she wanted. Always been dreadful service."
"Had to stand waiting for standing wait for staff member to sort out her mobile hanger, until I had to asked to be served, The staff member came over not even a hello how can I help, just a yes. She took the items I want scanned it and I paid, not even a thankyou for shopping with us please come back. Very rude I will not be shopping there again."
"A few weeks ago I went in to buy some Jeans, new what I wanted in regards to style and colour. So I walk in there to the back shelf to grab what I wanted and was confronted by a lady who was extremely pushy and snatchy. She grab the stack of jeans I had and was questioning me about what size I was after. Very abrupt. Like how dare I pull my own Jeans off the shelf. Then I had a question in regards to Jean materials and how I wanted thicker material type ones because all the stretch jeans I buy end up getting holes in between thighs, she openly said "that is because you have big legs". I felt insulted yet shocked by her openess. At least she was honest but she could have said it another way instead of embarrassing me. The other lady working there was lovely so I continued to deal with her. Then when going to purchase, the nice lady was dealing with a mother and daughter who wanted to pay multiple ways and she got confused as she was new, cue Ms Snatch and Grab. She spoke to her coworker in an appauling manner in front of customers. Literally snatching cards out of her hand and putting on a right old show in front of everyone. She then went to apologise to the mum and daughter saying "she's new". The mother looked more appauled by the behaviour of this lady and started to get extremely cross. I felt so bad for the new lady to have to work with such a control freak whose bedside manner clearly needed some attention. She embarrassed her coworker infront of customers which is a huge no no."
