At our institute, we prioritize creating a supportive and welcoming environment for our students. We believe that education should feel like home, and that is why many of our students feel grateful for choosing us as their place of study. One of our students, Keshia, completed her Certificate III in Community Services with us and expressed her gratitude for the amazing experience she had. She found the trainers, especially Jo, to be wonderful and supportive throughout her journey. Keshia's doubts were put to rest as she successfully passed her course and is now equipped with the skills to help people in need.
Another student, Karla, started her Certificate III in Individual Support with us and had an exceptional trainer, Marinda. Karla praised Marinda for her helpfulness and extensive knowledge, as well as her encouragement to be the best she could be. After completing her placement, Karla was even encouraged to apply for a job and successfully secured a position. She believes that this opportunity would not have been possible without the guidance and support of her trainer and Ashley Institute of Training.
Bernie, who completed his Certificate III in Individual Support with a focus on Ageing, Home & Community, also had a positive experience at our institute. He felt well-trained and prepared for the working conditions as an Individual Support Worker. Bernie was pleasantly surprised by how much he enjoyed his job, which he attributes to the excellent training provided by us.
