"The 200hr YTT Yoga Flow course was and still is an incredible journey. From learning about anatomy to asanas, philosophy and all things yoga. It has become a part of everyday life. "I recently completed the online 200hr Teacher Training certification with Sharon Neish Yoga Flow. It is a fantastic course and Sharon is a wonderful teacher, guide and mentor. The online training is in depth, immersive and though at times challenging -Sharon is amazing at guiding and keeping you accountable. I loved the way the online training was set out which helped greatly with making your way through all of the steps. If you get stuck Sharon is quick to assist and support. I feel confident and capable of creating a theme, flow and deliver an inclusive class for my participants both gym and studio based.
