"Such a rude person. In less than 1 minute of asking a question, she threw a very strong tantrum. The product seemed to have serious issues and I asked her to explain about them, and she got angry. So unprofessional and immoral. Not worth the business. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Received a comment from the owner of Jessica Market to note two major points from. She wrote: (1) I asked a confidential information and (2) I got upset as Jessica Market's price was cheaper than mine. For (1), I got upset because she immediately threw a tantrum when I asked why her Policosanol was far cheaper than other stores and whether the cheaper price was due to their imminent expiry. I got upset also because, while I was still talking on the phone (at this stage, I did not even start indicating that I was unpleasant), she hung up the phone. I called again immediately and mentioned, not even questioned, that my phone was hung up. Then she, with a tone of voice of a little girl complaining to an adult, "No I didn't! I didn't hang up! The phone got hung up! I though you hung up!" So I said I did not even touch the phone while talking in speaker mode. Also, she never mentioned it was confidential info. All I wanted was make sure I was not buying a consumable health product imminent to its expiry, but she got upset so swiftly and instantly, very likely because she assumed I was asking for confidential business info without asking me. For (2), I can only laugh because she assumed it without asking me first again. I am not in business of any type at all. I and all my family members are pure customers. I said I wanted a shipping quotation for a pot but I wanted to get other products as well in one shipping, hence asked about the health product. However, she had continuously shown serious attitude issues, so I decided I wouldn't go ahead with the purchases and said that I wouldn't go ahead and hung up. I used a tone of respectful nuance till the very last speaking before ending the call. (My mobile automatically records call conversations, hence, can prove this if ever needed.) I wanted to buy some products and but her attitude issues and casual assumption without asking ruined everything. She even assumed and asked me whether I was the one who sent her an email as soon as I mentioned that I wanted a pot delivery fee quotation, which I never have sent to her. Businesses come and go. It seems very unlikely that she would survive in her business unless she rectifies herself and grows up to be mature and professional enough to deal with customers, the opposite of which she has yet continued to show with her assumptive and rude response to my first comment. Customers do go for more expensive places for better services and hospitality, which she does not seem to understand at all, unfortunately for her. Such unprofessional attitude and assumptions, lack of self control and no notions about how to communicate and react with customers is a big no no!"
