Their response was to tell me they did the same as the previous owner (hmmmm doubt that as I have several tops with perfectly placed logo) & an offer of a 5% discount on my next order? No offer of replacement of my brand new garments &/or redo of job, just a discount on my "next order" AS IF I will be placing another order after this experience & complete lack of care or responsibilty.
