"0 star review to the not so helpful Brad who served us with no knowledge of the Optus product thats shown on the weekly catalogue. Went in store to purchase a mobile phone ended up charging an extra $2 sim (which wasn’t required) and was told that in that $2 sim should be credited the $30 promotional credit. This was not correct at all, had to refund as “Brad” did not know the process of the purchase which includes the free $30 credit and to make things more colourful the refund does not reach your account instantly!! total waste of time! Brad your amazing you know that, thanks for ruining our night and no interest in shopping at Coles anymore!!"
"My local shopping place for my family of 7 groceries. Wanted to write a review about the beautiful Charli who works in check out. I have been served by this lovely young lady a few times now. And every single time without fail is always so attentive and very pleasant to talk to. She is always smiling too! Great customer service is rare to come by nowadays. But this lovely young lady always serves with a smile! Thank you Charli!"
"I love coming to this Coles because it has everything I need, a lot of which isn't available in other Ipswich supermarkets. But please please fix your trolleys. I was walking back to my car and the wheel kept getting stuck and stopped the trolley abruptly all the time and I kept hitting my abdomen into the trolley handle. Painful."
