"Had 2 different ramen & gyoza. Their ramen soup wasn’t hot & taste was below average. Gyozas were below average, plain & hard inside. Service is average, some seemed to had communication issues."

We are loyal customers The lady said her name was “ Jelyn “ was so rude to me, when I ask extra noodle as we always having extra noodle Clearly stated that we can ask for extra noodle after receiving our order, as we always do. The lady rudely said to me that I should order it again, and I should told her before I pay for my order, what the heck!? Why did you guys even post that we can ask for extra noodles after we received our order? Very rude. I hope the company will see to it. It's not good to have a staff like her. Ps. It's not the first time she was rude to me I thought he just had a bad day but now clearly there's a kind of discrimination or racism."

"We have been a big hakataya fan for many years and we usually enjoy our dining in at every Hakataya restaurants in Brisbane. First time tonight , we were very disappointed in their poor customer service. We know you guys close at 7 pm . A girl in the kitchen and counter clearly didn’t want to be there. We arrived around 6:15 pm , she served us with angry face….that’s ok if you had a really bad day . But is it necessary to put up chairs around us and sweep up dusty floor right near us while we are still trying to eat at 6:30 pm? Ok she wanted to go home obviously but she made us feel rushed to finish eating. Not very good experience."

"Ordered a shio spicy ramen and 2 x gyoza yesterday for lunch whilst waiting for my sis. My sis' ramen was served 10 mins before her arrival, so the gentleman working there generously offered a new bowl of ramen when she arrived because he said the first one was chilled and it wouldn't be good for the stomach. It was very kind of him and we wanted to say a big thank you! This is one of my favourite places to dine! They offer the most delicious ramen and gyoza!"

"Been going to Hakataya for years. The warrigal square branch is the best. While new Ramen joints have opened. Hakatya is still as good as all of them. So consistent."
