"I am extremely disappointed. I loved this place the few times I've been here and even recommended it to my mother regrettably. She got a filling here which was done incompetently by the older male dentist. I told her to go see them again and resolve this issue since my experience here was positive before. My mother returns to tell me they tried to charge for a "consultation" when she spoke to the dentist about his incompetent work. To add insult to injury the receptionist there tells her "for next time seeing a dentist isn't free" as if my mother can't comprehend that. You charged her $270 for a poorly done filling and instead of offering a refund tried to charge her more??? Treat all your customers the same, and be more understanding especially towards the elderly. Lost four loyal customers."
