"So disappointing and will never use this company every again!! Spent so much money having my Invisalign’s with clear orthodontics and not to mention how many people I referred to them! I called them up pretty upset because my dog has chewed up my retainer to see if they can use the same impression they had to order me a new one and they said well it’s going to cost $200 for the upper and $200 for the lower a total being $400!!! I advised I spent lots of money with them before and referred people to the Company surly there was something they could do. I was put on hold for a quick moment to see if there was something more they could do and they just said sorry it’s the cost! Disgusting I’m in complete shock! Will never return nor recommended anyone here again!"

"I had a very disappointing experience with Clear Orthodontics. I was accused of owing $900 for an account that I had paid off 2 and a half years ago for my Invisalign treatment. I was shocked and frustrated, as I knew that I had paid off the account in full. Despite my protests, the receptionist did not seem to believe me and I was forced to go through 36 months worth of bank statements backdated from 2018 to 2021 to find the payments that they had missed. Even after I had done this, Clear Orthodontics did not apologize for their mistake of missing the payments, which was very disappointing. It was only after they confirmed that my payments had been received that they finally thanked me, but again there was no apology for the mistake that had been made. It also took them a full 2 and a half years to contact me on my mobile to inform me that their statements did not show my last 4 payments. This lack of communication was unprofessional and frustrating. Overall, I cannot recommend Clear Orthodontics based on my experience. It felt like they did not believe me when I said I had paid everything off, and the lack of apology for their mistake was very disappointing. I would suggest looking for another orthodontics business that values their customers and their time."

"Horrible service . Very Bad customer service. Staff are rude and immature. Never felt good coming here. They are Always cancelling appointments and making excuses for it all the time. The Manager Angela is extremely Rude and it's very hard to talk to them about treatment, especially if your not happy with it - I wasted allot of money here and the end result of my treatment was disappointing. Instead of helping me and doing what the customer wants - they tried to convince me that I looked good. They are not customer focused at all. They did the bare minimum when it came down to treatment. I went to someone else and my new Dr was shocked to see how they left me. Thier doctors are always leaving , so treatment is very inconsistent. I also know another person who came here and also had bad treatment aswell who's also getting it fixed elsewhere which is extremely sad. Please don't waste your time here."

"I visited this orthodontist for my initial consultation in June. Since June each and every appointment I have had has been canceled. Some due to covid but lately because they don’t have the staff to do my appointments. When they cancel it’s via text or email and you have to chase them to make another appointment. One week I rang and was told someone would ring me back the day and two weeks later I was chasing them again. I also had to pay $80 on my first appointment and was told that would come off the price of the braces. I guess I won’t be seeing that $80 again because I won’t be returning. So unprofessional the way I have been mucked around with appointments"
