"Inflated prices for medicines - I filled 2 script to fill for basic medicines and thought they were expensive so i benchmarked against other local chemists. Amiloxyn charged $14.95 others around $6.30 / Rikodene $30.99 others $20.99 - and pharmacists are bleating!"
"I called ahead to ask if they had two specific products on the shelf, and I waited 5 minutes while they checked. I drove to the pharmacy and there was no stock on shelf, only an empty space for both of the items. That’s pretty ridiculous."

"Was advised I had $5 credit for being a loyal customer but since my purchase at the time was $7.95 and minimum Eftpos amount was $5. and this amounted to $2.95 after $5 credit applied I paid cash. Next week went to purchase approximately $15. but advised my $5 credit had expired. With such a small window to claim this after being a loyal customer I find this disappointing. Duly gave my Sisters Card to cashier and advised her that my future business will be at another store, with general arrogance of pharmacists, waiting times and attitudes now just too much. Goodbye"
