"A really good chemist warehouse, maybe a little on the smaller side but still had everything I came to find. A lot of parking on-site and the chemist is located on a busy main road. It’s convenient whenever I am heading out in a northerly direction towards the city. Great experience here."

"Stood at prescription counter for over 10 mins waiting to be served only to get served and be told they are no longer processing prescriptions for the night! Explained I had been waiting and needed the Medication today, but NO don't care. No thanks, won't be back! Hard Pass on this place, not worth the uturn!"

"Incompetent dispensing staff who are more concerned with being right, than caring about their patients and fixing the issues that they clearly know they have. I had a long and extremely tedious conversation with the pharmacist about an issue where the pharmacy had lost the script for one of my patients, and instead of discussing ways to fix the issue, was given several pathetic excuses as to why it wasn't the pharmacy's fault. Excuses included (but were not limited to) being understaffed (not acceptable for your chronic disorganisation to affect your patients), that the script wasn't sent in the first place (I could see that it had been received via fax AND post almost 2 weeks ago), and the patient didn't give them the correct name (they did, and also gave the medicare number, DOB, and address - More than enough to confirm identity). Also, the pharmacist rudely asked me a few times 'what do you want me to do about it', to which the answer is obviously 'fix the many, many problems you seem to have'. You would think that with so many one-star reviews, it might be time to fix something about your services. Do better."

"Firstly staff seem ok, However I agree with other comments about the waiting, today on a Wednesday 3pm, hardly any one in store, Carpark half full, 15 minutes in line with 2 other persons to lodge my script, before someone turned up at the counter, then 35 minutes plus to wait for medications. 50 MINUTES TOTAL. REALLY!!!! Two young lady Chemists chatting to each other while dispensing, didn't seem to be in any hurry. One guy came in when I was waiting to Pickup a medication from a script he lodged that morning, it still took him 15min to get it. Go elsewhere, eg: the Chemist Warehouse at Annerley is excellent with wait times at 10-15 min on average."

"I generally drop off my scripts and return a few hours later as i know they pharmacists are very busy the last few times i ive returned there is a min 15-30mins wait at the pick up counter waiting for someone to come and assist while all the people at the drop off counter get served turn up after. Today i mentioned to the staff at the checkout that additional assistance was require at the dispensary but was informed they didn't have anyone even tho there was a worker assisting that had a difficult customer but her reaction was to roll her eyes and just walk away."
