"We were having issues with our accounts and couldn’t do it online so we had to go in person, but Karen was so nice and professional. Turns out there were technical issues I’d we had to gin in again, but despite being fully booked she made time for us the next day and was very helpful and quick in getting us what we needed. We definitely recommend her as the top pick for customer service and will be coming back whenever we need any help again."

"Have been to Caroline Springs Branch with my son 3 times in the last 2 weeks have had to wait over 1 hour on first two visits, and 2 hours on our last visit , we saw some elderly people leave not being able to stay the 1hour wait they were given by staff , the external ATM was not operating so people had to come into bank , yesterday the internal ATM was not operating, feel very sorry for the staff as they were doing there best , Management need to step up and fix the problem. The Bank is making enormous profits they need to put more resources into branches"

"Staff are amazing, yet whoever makes the corporate decisions has chosen to place three staff for the 112 customers who were here in the hour I sat waiting to be seen. This equates to 37 customers an hour per staff member, or one every two minutes. The truth is that it’s not the staff. It’s the leaders of Commonwealth Bank like CEO Matt Comyn, who have allowed this to happen. While taking truly grotesque pay cheques, they allow branches to close and allow over an hour wait time because we were rude enough as customers to not use telebanking or the app. If any other business ran itself this way, apart from Karen’s Diner, they’d be broke. Again - this is not the fault of the over worked, unfairly treated staff. This is the management of the bank not caring that their business model isn’t why their customers wants. Poor form commonwealth. I wish there were less stars than 1."

"Visited this branch last Friday midday. The lady at the entrance was busy and there was no one else to ask help from. Staff barely acknowledge customers. Waited half and hour and left as many other customers for lack of service."
