As someone who has consistently chosen Supercheap Auto as my go-to automotive retailer, this incident has left me questioning the company's commitment to customer satisfaction. Not only was he helpful and knowledgeable, but he went out of his way to make sure that I was happy with my purchase, helped me with other questions and queries as best as he could and tried hard to achieve whatever I needed!
