"The reason small business use a broker is to alleviate the hunt for cost effective insurance. Unique Insurance definitely did not do that - if they didn't like my questions / emails they would just not respond. The certificate of insurance did not list them activities that were sent but they said I was covered?? Why not list it then? As I opted for monthly payments, they sent paperwork through for signing which looked like loan documents - told them I didn't' want a loan and they informed me this was so they could draw the monthly payments - I know find out that wasn't true - straight out lie!! DON'T TRUST THIS COMPANY."
