Welcome to The Barn Family Restaurant, a charming establishment located in Bundamba, Brisbane Road, Australia. As an establishment that focuses on food and hospitality, we strive to provide our guests with a unique dining experience that combines country-style charm with a modern twist.
At The Barn Family Restaurant, we offer a variety of dining options to cater to different preferences and budgets. Our prices are as follows: Adults $22.50 per person, Children under 12 $15 per person, and Under 5s dine for free. Additionally, we have a special rate of Adults $27.50 per person and Children under 12 $17 per person on select days.
While you wait for your delicious meal to be prepared, we invite you to take a leisurely stroll around our kitchen garden and bird aviary. For families with children, we have recently installed a brand-new playground where the little ones can entertain themselves.
Our venue, the Ipswich Events & Entertainment Centre, seamlessly blends racecourse old charm with contemporary furnishings and updated facilities. Located just 30 minutes west of Brisbane, we offer multiple refurbished and new function rooms that are perfect for hosting your next celebration or event.
The Barn Family Restaurant also caters to various interests and occasions. From horse racing to wedding ceremonies and receptions, markets, conferences, family dining, and sports bar entertainment, our venue has something for everyone.
Please note that on public holidays, there will be a 15% surcharge on bookings. Our operating hours are as follows: Race Day from 12:00pm on Wednesdays to Saturdays, Dinner from 5:00pm to 8:00pm on Sundays, and Breakfast from 9:00am to 12:00pm.
For any inquiries or to make a reservation, our friendly staff is available from Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 4:30pm. Please note that we are closed on public holidays, but our restaurant is open on Saturdays and Sundays.

"Dined here for Mother's Day brunch, first time here. Not a huge range of food but what they offered was a bit of everything (Danishes, fruit, yoghurt cups - my fav, hot food). Cost $27.50pp plus additional for coffee & hot chocolate (coffee was good & teenaged son enjoyed the hot chocolate). Also had a couple of free glasses of champagne. There weren't a lot of people which was great, tables were spread out & there was a choice of indoor or outdoor seating (was asked for our preference when they called to confirm booking). Music playing softly in the background. Parking was free & fairly close to the restaurant. We will definitely be going back!"
"First time here tonight and it was absolutely delicious! Not a huge selection, but the quality of food is so good! Absolutely loved the potao salad, mac n cheese, roast vegies and pork. Kids enjoyed their food as well. Will definitely be back!"
"We went here with our two boys a couple of months ago and we were very impressed. It was nice to have a decent, delicious selection of foods for everyone to enjoy. The staff were all pleasant, the front of house and lady who took our booking over the phone earlier that day was nothing but polite and accommodating. Thank you for a wonderful experience."
