TIG Freight Management

"I was told that this company was in charge of my delivery through TNT after TNT passed the buck to this company, I called and was told that an investigator would be on the case and would contact me about the non delivery of an urgent parcel. This was in the afternoon. The next day I called this company again about 10am as I had heard nothing, I was told that my parcel was now on board for delivery and would arrive before 5pm, this is not good enough. I had explained how urgent this was. No communication from all. Would definitely not recommend"
