"I was a bit sceptical about this company because of the low reviews however every interaction I had with them was really good, they were very friendly and offered to help me more than I considered they needed to, hence the 5 star review. "I would give zero stars if I could. Northline lost over $3,500 worth of goods. It took them months to confirm that goods were lost , not before making accusations that I never shipped the goods in the first place and billing us for the freight cost of the goods they never delivered. We lost our client as well as the goods. I deducted the amount of the lost goods from my northline account after months and months of back and forth with no resolution being passed around from one person to another. Now they want to sue me. Disgusting conduct."

"Selected this company via transdirect for an item to be delivered 100 klms away. Three and a half weeks later still had not arrived. Lodged an investigation through Transdirect and 2 days later get told that the item was declared to be 52 kg instead of 50 kg as stated. Seriously. This is the best comeback excuse you could come back with. "We will hold your delivery because you understated 2 kg" Great customer service "NOT""

"Most unprofessional and useless Company ever. Unreliable unaccountable not worth using. Items abandoned and lost at wrong address, failed attempts at deliveries numerous times (currently 6 times is record for no shows for booked and promised deliveries ) no communication and management not interested in fixing issues just full of excuses. 15 jobs in a row either didnt turn up or the timeslot bookings cost us over $1000 each delivery. always told will be delivered same or next day and nothing happens. Recommend NOT TO USE."
