"today we went into Gloria Jeans. We had left going in because the last time we were there, we were served cold pies even though we asked to have it reheated. We ended up leaving and not going back. today the tables were filthy, as were the floors. The person who took our order did not understand what we wanted. The shepards pie was luke warm, the carrot cake slice was very hard and stale. Such a shame as we were long time customers, the new owners, staff really don't care. Will not be back again"
"Probably the absolute worst Gloria Jeans I’ve ever had the displeasure of being served at. Terrible customer service, almost every table dirty, 4 people behind the counter, 2 others flitting about doing I’m not sure what and yet the wait was quite extended. Other customers had their drinks served ahead of mine and then when I was finally called they got my order wrong."

"Saturday 11:30 am we went to get some coffees and sandwich, with white people she was all happy and smiling and greeting them nicely when our turn came to order the food she totally ignored us and started doing her things and when she finally came back the attitude towards us was really rude and which made us leave the store straight away and definitely not visiting any Gloria jeans in the future"
"Ordered a Soy Chai Latte, extra hot and extra strong, I'm Ok with some places charging extra for extra strong but some places don't. But to my surprise they actually served me a Spice Soy Chai Latte - with a shot of coffee, did not complain as I had already walked away and realised after having it. Not on folks, sort it out...."
