"I recently have had a couple of rental properties managed through this agency and subsequently moved them on due to poor management. Firstly, they have a high turnover of property managers there which is an indication of the company culture. Secondly, I left dissatisfied due to a rates notice not being paid because the property manager failed to notify me of a short fall in funds and never returned my calls when I became weary of whether or not the notice had been paid. They are also unprofessional when dealing with complaints as my complaints were dismissed due to fear that I would vent my dissatisfaction. Additionally, no explanation was provided for the mishap. In summary, prospective landlords would be better off avoiding this kind of drama while getting a cheaper rate for a better service at another agency"
