As a guest at Kookaburra Court, you can also take advantage of the complex's swimming pool, perfect for a refreshing dip after a day of exploring the area. Additionally, the unit includes a lock-up garage for your convenience.

For bookings made after December 1st, 2022, linen is provided. However, if you booked prior to this date, linen is not included. Don't worry though, information on a linen hire service will be provided at the time of booking. Please note that beds are not made unless specifically stated due to the linen hire company used.

During the peak season of December 2022 & 2023 and January 2023 & 2024, check-in time is at 3pm, and units have Saturday-to-Saturday arrivals and departures. Houses, on the other hand, have Friday-to-Friday arrivals and departures. These arrangements ensure a smooth and organized experience for all guests.

In terms of cancellation policy, if you wish to cancel or change your booking, the following terms apply. For cancellations made less than 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be provided unless the property is re-let for the same or greater rent. If cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date, a full refund, minus the booking administration and banking fees, will be given.

Please note that this booking is made in good faith, and the agency is not responsible for any actions taken by the property owner. We strongly recommend that guests take out independent travel insurance for added peace of mind.
