"To future buyers and prospective renters. The decent facilities and facade of the building may initially appear appealing , however the lack of visitor car space management leaves alot to be desired. The visitor car spaces designated for this building clearly state that the spaces are for visitor parking only, however it is often occupied by a small group of residents. It is very frustrating as legitimate guests and visitors are unable to find spaces which were clearly meant for them. Management at Orion have made little to no attempt to alleviate this situation, leading me to believe that they are either incompetent or complacent with clear violations of their own guidelines."
