"I purchased a property managed by Robyn Whitfield with the only condition being a professional bond clean by the tenants. Upon settlement day, the house was left filthy with not even a basic clean of the bathrooms, toilets and kitchen. The grass was mowed surprisingly. Almost a year later I have not used the oven/rangehood even after scrubbing them out. Even worse than the standard of the bond clean, was dealing with Robyn herself. It turned out that the smoke alarm system was faulty and going off non-stop for days disturbing the neighborhood prior to us moving in. Struggling to find a contractor, I contacted Robyn directly to find out the installer's contact number for which she indignantly informed me that "it wasn't his problem since it was the landlord (the electrician) who installed the system himself". I could be wrong, but if you happen to have a problem with your smoke alarm system, wouldn't you try to get the electrician who put it in, trouble shoot for you?"

"Sue Brooks is the worst agent I have ever had the displeasure to deal with! As an owner of 2 rental properties here in BNE and DWN, If a tenant of mine, was treated as poorly as my partner has been by this person and receiving threatening emails. I would immediately sack the agency from managing my property. This Agency is all about maximizing rental returns for the owners at the expense of the tenant. My partner has had outstanding repair issues for over 5 mths and been given all the promises in the world .... to no avail. They even had the hide to to issue a new RTA agreement and raise the rent $60.00, 2 weeks after original lease was signed when my partner asked for her autistic son to be allowed to live with her. That is illegal IAW RTA. BE VERY AWARE of your rights, if you decide to rent a property managed by Robyn Whitfield Properties."
