"The rooms and cleaning staff were very lovely, but the on-site manager, Mandy was an absolute nightmare. She was rude to us as well as her staff. I have never heard/seen someone treat another person as portly as she treats her staff. I would come back if it were not for her and her nasty, bullying demeanour. She should NOT be working around people."
"The rooms were fine. The tv had a cracked LCD display and the air conditioning doesn’t really function at all, you can fiddle with the thermostat as much as you want, doesn’t change temperature or fan speed only turns on or off. Pretty disappointed"
"The apartments are spacious enough for two couples and boast a lovely location, just a 10-minute stroll away from the South Bank area. The balconies offer stunning views of Brisbane City, especially on level 14. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay in these beautiful apartments."
"Very dirty rooms. Bunches of hair and dust under the bed. The sofa is stained, and the washing machine is so dirty that I'm afraid to wash anything there. We were only provided a single garbage bag for a seven night stay, really? The only positive thing is that the location is very good and a pool which is located at the top of the building. I will not choose these apartments next time, mainly because of the cleanliness."
"My family were very happy with how well we were treated when staying at the Opera Apartments in South Brisbane. The staff were friendly and respectful. We were able to leave our bags before check in so that we could start exploring the city. Then to discover that the roof top was exactly like the photos online. Decked out with an infinity style pool and a separate eating area to have a bbq or sit at the high tables eating a local pizza with the night lit sky and ferris wheel as a back drop, superb. My kids and I spent every night on the roof of our stay there. We would definitely go back."
