While prices may be slightly higher, the beautiful Renaissance-style building and the lovely view over Brekky Creek make it well worth the visit.

For racing enthusiasts, Albion Park Raceway is just a 3-minute walk along Yulestar Street. Greyhound racing takes place every Monday and Thursday evening, Wednesday afternoon, and Sunday. Horse harness racing occurs on Tuesday, Friday, and Saturday nights. Admission is free for all meetings, and Saturday nights are particularly lively. If you're in the mood for a movie, catching a flick is easy with the nearby Cineplex cinemas. You can take the 300 bus to South Bank or the City Cat ferry from Bretts Wharf to Balmoral. South Bank offers a larger, multiplex feel, while Balmoral provides a smaller, more luxurious and vintage cinema experience. Don't forget to take advantage of the $6.50 adult tickets on Tuesdays and weekdays before 6pm.

For a unique dining experience, the Eat Street Markets are a must-visit.
