"It was such a shame the customer service and food do not much the stunning views this restaurant has. Sitting outside on the deck you are forced to use online menus and ordering wait staff can not even bring you drink orders. Because you have used their online ordering and had to pay at time of ordering there is min to no customer service or urgency to remember you. Our main meals were forgotten about and when head waitress was asked about them we were questioned if we had even ordered them. They then arrived cold and very average. Dining out is an experience, if people wanted to order via an app we would stay home and use uber"

"I've been wanting to try the Berth restaurant for a while and finally today, after booking for 6 people, we had the pleasant surprise of discovering a good menu at a fair price and with excellent table service. We shared a variety of dishes and to start with the Supercharged and Beef salad both of which were great and filling. Then we tried the Calamari, King prawns and Arancini all fresh with good flavor and not greasy at all. For main we had the Barramundi, Gnocchi bolognaise and Broccoli pecorino good size and cooked correctly not too much but leaving the right texture. All accompanied with an excellent Ruggeri prosecco and to finish with a dessert Brûlée a little too sweet perhaps but good. Good value for money considering the beauty of the place and the magnificent view of the Docklands waters…. Really recommend !!"

"A great option in the docklands for a casual, but classy dinner. The food was very flavourful and filling. The mushroom gnocchi comes with a GFO for those of us who are coeliac. The wait staff was extremely helpful and ensured that the chef would be notified (as per usual, however making an effort to communicate this was really appreciated). The servings are quite large however, so whilst delicious, you may find yourself unable to finish the full meal. Especially if you’ve eaten an entree prior to the main. Whilst gluten free options are available, they are still fairly limited. So definitely check out the menu to ensure there’s items you would actually enjoy prior to booking. The view was quite lovely. Unfortunately you will notice some litter from people in the area floating in the water, but the restaurant itself is quite clean. The bathroom could probably use a bit of a makeover as it feels quite old and out of touch with the rest of the venue. I would likely visit again if I’m the docklands, but it’s not something I would actively plan ahead to go just for the food."
