"I'd like to thank the manager for helping us tonight on the 02/01/2023!! We made a mistake ordering our pizza and for 2 out of 3 forgot to take the cheese off and my partner is allergic to cheese. She realised this the moment we placed the order so tried to ring to fix it. But as they are so busy the line kept ringing and we couldn't get through. Finally got through but the pizza's had already been made and I was put through to the manager. I explained the situation and he apologised for the phone problem but there were too many calls coming in. He offered to make the pizzas again and apologised it would take a it more time, which we had no problem with obviously. I thanked him profusely for helping us out and he was nothing but polite and professional!! On such a busy night when tensions are running high I am so happy that they helped us out for a problem that wasn't even of their making!! Thanks again!!"
