"Excellent customer service! We purchased the UppaBaby Vista in 2022 before my first born & left the toddler seat item unwrapped for when we were to use it. When bub was 7 months old & outgrew his bassinet attachment we then installed the toddler seat only to find that two clips were broken! Devastated we contacted customer service and they sent us a replacement frame in the same week! Such an awesome product, backed by an awesome company. "Not only is our UPPAbaby pram, my husband and my favourite baby purchase, but I am so impressed with the customer service we have received from UPPAbaby also. We had a part of the pram break, and the team at UB got back to us incredibly quickly and have organised a replacement part. I was shocked by the swift and helpful response. Our pram (Vista V2) is amazing. It folds so easily, has a huge storage basket which comes in very handy on a daily basis, and is just a stylish and luxurious pram for our 10 month old - he loves it!"
