"Shop experience was good. but, Delivery was really bad. I had a premium delivery and the guys turned my fridge on with all shelves including freezer compartments taped with hard sticky tapes(which they used for safe transport). I had really hard time removing the frozen tapes and they didn't come off completely. Now the shelves look terrible ."

"Ordered 4 items for a kitchen package at my local store. I was not told they would be delivered from 2 separate warehouses when I placed the order. When all the products were available and ready, my deposit already paid, I booked the delivery and I was advised I needed to be available all day 8am to 5.15, for the 2 deliveries The 2nd delivery did not arrive until 5.15pm. Why was it impossible to get all 4 products to my local store and deliver them all together?? A three hour wait is great service, but 9 hours on standby really needs to improve."
