Reviews
"Don’t wash donated items before putting on the rack/lots of dirty items. Decent sized store though prices are quite excessive & a lot of items have defects/dirty/stains/ripped seams, I’m not sure if the effort is not going into looking over items before putting out on the floor but the audacity to price items so highly would insinuate item being in near decent condition. The fact these items are DONATED FOR FREE & you run off volunteers(who you don’t pay) but think $7 for a basic ANKO tank singlet riddled with pilling is reasonable. Would definitely recommend looking over your pickings very closely BEOFRE paying for/leaving the store. I paid $100 for two formal dresses and both had ripped chiffon/tulle which is not an easy fix & would have not bought had I known along with a few other items that had stains."
"overpriced..$25 for 5 dinner plates massive rip off. all the other op shops are half the price of what these people are charging. They also never happen to have wrapping paper for the glassware shop at own risk! Not shopping here again."
"It's huge!!! Staff is so friendly. Got some amazing dresses & jewellery!"
"Big op shop with a wide variety of clothes, shoes, books, furniture and knick knacks. Clothes are grouped by size, making it easier to browse. There isn't much newly donated clothing variety - often majorirty items that have been passed on time and time again. This could be that so many people frequent here that new donations are snapped up quick. Brand names are priced much more higher. Staff are always friendly."
"I normally don’t give negative reviews but today I was beyond disappointed with the lady working. I had three big boxes to donate which have amazing clothes in them. It would be probably over $1-$1.5k if I were to take the time to upload them to Facebook marketplace instead I thought to donate them to someone in need. I drove to this store with my two children under two in the car I pulled up out the front and unloaded two boxes when a lady came out and said these go down the back, (there was no signs indicating this) I said I have two kids in the car I cannot walk them down the back, she said well that’s where you have to take them. The walk would of taken me out of sight of my car and children. I was so upset by this, no thank you for donate just purely no empathy or understanding for my situation. Absolutely appalling customer service. I understand that this is goodwill work but I know of people get that kind of communication when trying to do good, people won’t donate this again. I drove off so upset and I will not be back there again. If I could give zero stars I would!"
