"I visited yesterday at Craigieburn store 20 September 2022 in between 4 to 4.40 pm... I am new in area I was just randomly shopping I saw brass n things... which is my favourite store...I have all my lingerie from there I thought I will ask the lady about strapless bras which I had before but big size.. so I didn't remember the size and I was trying to ask that lady who was working there the lady was so rude...she was not interested to serve me..so really sad I was after that"
"Terrible customer service. Asked the sales assistant to help find seamless / seam-free / laser-cut underwear. She said she didn't know what they were and then just walked away. Not sure how a store that specializes in underwear has staff that don't know something as basic as seamless underwear. My guess is maybe she just couldn't be bothered doing her job or somehow couldn't figure out what "seamless" meant."
