"I went into shop to enquire about top I saw on mannequin outside shop. Employee intially said 20% off marked price but price quickly changes back to as marked because there only one in my size. How deceptive! They lost a customer today and also future customers that I would have recommended."

"WARNING!!!!! NEVER EVER AGAIN.... Purchased shirt and shorts for my son and I asked Susanna If I can return as my son is a big boy. She said yes no problem. I return to the Bankstown store to return the purchase and spoke with another person Nilay who stated that the size 3xl is really a xlarge and that I could not get my money back even when the sizes are wrong and they admitted to that. I changed the T-shirt for another and still it’s too small for a 3xl. I wasn’t given the original receipt by Nilay. It has the shorts I purchased. Nilay rang susanna who I spoke to. She over spoke me and was rude. I’m now out of pocket and will never recommend this store to anyone. Twice I’ve been in the store at Bankstown and twice the staff Susanna and then Nilay were on the phone and I was ignored. The correct sizing is Y London’s issue to get it right for the consumer. This is Y London’s to correct and consumers should receive a full refund for their error. Can’t even find a phone number to a senior person to voice my complaint. NEVER EVER AGAIN ZERO STARS"

"This store I would strongly not advise to shop at, they ripped off my partner when he went in to buy me a gift and we charged him and said their eftpos terminal was down. The receipt has barely any information on it, no company details or return policy statement. The size was wrong what he asked for the total should have been $260 and they charged $320 cash. He is deeply distraught about this. To the larger woman of Arabic decent who works there and ripped him off I hope you lose your job as you are very deceitful to rip off someone as kind as him who was trying to buy his partner a nice gift. I would like to place a formal complaint about a purchase my partner made on the 28/02/2020. He came into the lidcombe store as he noticed a pink beach babe outfit out the front on corner or Gallipoli and parramatta rd on a manikin and told the staff lady inside that he would like to purchase the outfit in a size small for myself. She assured him that was a size S and sold him it and a men’s shirt. To begin, it was a size M and way too big for me and she over charged him for it. The receipt does not have any company or staff details and no return policy statement. The receipt states sale of 1 item to the total of $160. He also bought a men’s shirt which was $99.95 she took $320 cash from him saying to him that her eftpos machine was down and cash only was accepted. He was trying to do a nice gesture and buy me something as a surprise and she has ripped him off. As we live on the central coast he was unable to return within 7 days but at this time we are still within the 30 day period so would greatly appreciate a refund. I will be enquiring with the department of fair trading in relation to this as this is WRONG."

"THE WORST EXPERIENCE... DO NOT PURCHASE FROM HERE ! I purchased a pair of shorts as a gift last week. The shorts zipper broke and became faulty after the first wear. Doing the right thing, I tired to exchange the shorts. There were no sizes and any other item that I wanted. Since the item was faulty, I asked nicely for a refund. The shop assistant wasn't able to approve refunds, so she took my detials down and said her so called boss 'Atilla' would call me back that day, safe to safe I didn't receive a phone call. I tried several times to contact the store, however, every number that was available to me (including Google and the number on the receipt) conveniently didn't work. After 4 days of trying to contact the store I decided to go back in. I again requested a refund, the store manager refused again and eventually put me into contact with Atilla. Atilla was rude and non-negotiable. He demanded that I left the shorts at the store to be reviewed before a decision could be made. He was apparently going to call me back (just like last time). What type of store forces you to leave your purchase to be reviewed for a refund, it's a pair of shorts!!! What store doesn't even have a contact number! Or doesn't have faith in their staff to make simple decisions like refunding on faulty equipment. This by far was the worst shopping experience. I don't recommend purchasing clothing from here... Is it even real ???"
