"Lovely service from all staff in store, the manager, I believe her name was Tugba written on receipt went above and beyond for me helped me find a perfect shoe for a night out. I struggle to wear heels as I am quite tall, it was very busy in store but she still took he time to recommend me all the shoes that she thinks would be the most comfortable and also dressy on a girls night out. I found the perfect fit and walked out very happy Will be coming back for sure I also was curious to know if platypus is hiring Christmas casuals for my daughter and she told me my daughter can bring her CV in Lovely servise."
"Absolutely makes me and my daughter sad and not happy the way we treated at this store , the advertised price on this particular shoe was less than what I got charged it was $120 and I got charged $130 . When I checked the other pairs all same $120. I asked for the manager and he was not helpful too. I felt I got scammed for my daughter shoes. All they could said , we sorry. Sorry for what ? Ripping people off extra $10 each client. Never recommend this Epping store. The most ridiculous part when she took the tags off all this particular shoes."
