OZ Vacate Cleaning Service

"I had clients pay $700 for cleaning and $180 for carpets and its is absolutely terrible. I asked them to go back and they did, but at $880 it is not acceptable at all. DO NOT PAY BEFORE YOU ARE HAPPY, Job still unsatisfactory and now not answering my call."

"I requested for a quote for vacate clean which includes carpet steaming and they came back with a rough estimate between $750 - $800. I kept asking them for a firm pricing and and send someone over to give a proper quote but they said their staff will confirm the price before he starts the job. I was not comfortable with that but they sounded sure that it will not go more than they quoted. Well...!! on the day of cleaning, the cleaner said it will cost me $1200 for the whole job because the house is big!! Of course I hit the roof!! That is $400 more than they quoted. I was absolutely annoyed disappointed and had to rush to find another cleaner. This is the most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with. Be very careful if you are going to use them. I wish there was a negative Star for a review. I would have given them 5 negative Stars!"
