"Seen 3 different drs here. 2 of them were for a recurring issue that still hasn’t be resolved after 6 months. Referred for X-rays and ultrasounds was told to come back in a month if pain hadn’t subsided. Went back as pain gotten worse only to be then sent for another ultrasound and X-ray. Just wasting my time. They never listen to your concerns and I even had one dr use google to find out one of my diagnosis.I really don’t recommend this clinic"

"Some drs are really good but I went to see a different Dr today and she really didn't know how to help me. Plus one of her comments was ' won't be much use seeing a gynaecologist cause you haven't got anything since you had a hysterectomy' What is that meant to mean?? I was disgusted. I am still a women aren't I and I do still have ovaries. Won't be seeing her again."

"Appointment was at 3.50pm, didn't go in to see the doctor until 4.53pm. Actually had to go to reception a second time to remind them I was there & still waiting. Receptionist just, I don't know, aren't aware of what's going on around them? People going in yet 1 patient just sitting there time after time, wouldn't you put 2 & 2 together? Doctor apologies for being late yet during my wait time I genuinely don't think I saw her come out more than once to grab another patient. Genuinely hate this place. Got a prescription for astma medication, was done it 2 minutes"

"They Charge people for masks , then don’t understand why your frustrated . Very passive aggressive manager Never will i ever be back to this horrible practice They lie and put a sign up after I left saying money goes to charity, I’m sorry but when you have a person not happy to pay for a mask Like who carry’s a mask around these days! i was staring at the person at desk for an explanation and reception person says nothing like maybe explain it to them!! So I could understand ! Then i may not of been so annoyed !!! Receptionists all stood up and started yelling at me Rude manager couldn’t care less wouldn’t know how to run a successful buisness and that’s clear when you compare there reviews to other medical clinics in pakenham. Not everyone can be difficult . Never gave me an option told me it was 50cents and that was that Then watched them hand masks out to others How unfair If you stil wish for people to wear masks .. supply them!!! Rude horrible people"

"I dont think even 1 star would cut it, I took my son in as a walk in due to having a rash,the doctor told me it was hand foot and mouth as I mentioned it, as he goes to childcare. The doctor told me it was therefore hand foot and mouth but I knew it wasn't as he is on other medication, so I got another opinion and it turn out he is allergic to penicillin. As if I didn't take to get a second opinion it could have turned out alot worse."
