At Healesville Medical Centre, we offer a comprehensive range of services to meet the healthcare needs of individuals and families. Our services include general medical practice, paediatrics, pregnancy shared care, geriatrics, aged care facility visitation, counselling, family planning and contraception, pregnancy tests, breast cancer and cervical cancer screening, prostate cancer screening, infant, adult, and travel vaccinations, allergy testing, ECG, skin cancer checks, laceration suturing and wound care, cryotherapy freezing of sunspots and warts, treatment of simple fractures and traumatic injuries, nutritional advice, weight loss management, and surgical removal of skin cancers and cysts.

For those who are unable to visit our clinic, we also offer Healesville home visits. Please note that appointments are necessary except in cases of emergency.

If you require a longer appointment for specific services such as life insurance and pre-employment medical examinations, enhanced primary care plans, Vicroads driving medical examinations, or surgical removal of skin lesions, please request one when scheduling your appointment.

We understand the importance of convenience for our patients, which is why repeat prescriptions for chronic stable conditions can be written without requiring an appointment at 12:30 and 5:30pm on weekdays, Monday to Friday. To avail of this service, please bring your Medicare card for bulk-billing.

For follow-up monitoring and treatment of chronic conditions, we may need to schedule a longer, more detailed appointment consultation to ensure the best medical care possible. If you have recently undergone x-ray or pathology tests, please feel free to contact our practice to see if a further discussion and appointment with your doctor is required.

We are committed to providing accessible healthcare to all members of the community. Healthcare, Pension, DVA Card Holders, and Children Under 16 will be bulk-billed.

Our practice uses an in-house computer system for personal health records, and only authorized staff members have access to this information.
