At The Movement Therapy Group, we specialize in delivering exercise programs for pregnancy, postnatal recovery, and cancer rehabilitation. Our team of experienced Exercise Physiologists are well-equipped to assist women with a range of conditions, including breast cancer, abdominal separation, caesarean delivery recovery, pelvic girdle instability, and pelvic floor weakness.
