"The manager is super arrogant and extremely rude individual! Such an unpleasant experience with a poor care factor for anyone walking in, actually caused me stress trying to seek assistance over an exchange that platypus did in giving me two different sizes in the box to begin with. Why are people with poor people skills and aggressive attitudes working in retail. I have a sour taste for platypus after that stressful experience!!"

I went there during the black Friday week and despite of the fact that there was a long queue of people waiting and she was by herself, she was able to maintain a high customer service by being kind, fast and she even made me have a laugh. I'm missing 2 pairs of shoes and after contacting the store I only got sent to an article to read instead of somebody actually sorting the problem and telling me when to expect my delivery. I've received no tracking details for my order and no sign of receiving them either. Appaling service to be honest."
