"What a disgrace this place is since the new owners took over. They need to get their systems in place or they will loose all credibility. The poor girls in reception have to deal with all the flack from very disappointed disgusted patients. When the new clinic opens, I will be going there."
"Needs lots of improvements to be as good as previous owners and doctors. The main issue is with owner/ manager of the practice. Let’s hope they realise that we don’t want a big city practice that churns out scripts without any care. Todays Doctor was lovely but inexperienced. Luckily I know the procedures well."
"Please update the community via your Website or Facebook with what is going on. Can't get through on the phones, appearing to have zero Doctors working there anymore, clinic closed on random days and times despite appointments being made. This was once an incredible trusted clinic, now I'm not even sure it's going to remain open. Being in such a small community, please do the right thing and share a business update. You run the risk of having no community trust or bookings (if you stay open that is)"
