"They are a good clinic, with lovely doctors available. There is a lift if you arnt able to take the stairs. But they don't take bookings over the phone only online, which is very frustrating and upsetting especially when you need to make several in a row and it doesn't work. They charge seniors and children now which they never used to, so that's a negative also. But it is still a lovely clinic."
