"Attempted to book in with a psych, after my councellor requested an urgent review of medications, the lady at the front told me "you can't expect us to service the entire of melbourne..." she rejected my refferal which is ILLEGAL and out of fear of how awful that exchange was, months later i am unable to even attempt booking anywhere to have my meds reviewed because of how traumatic that experience was, being guilted and rejected despite needing immediate care, so im not still on meds that don't work because of this awful disgsuting hags behaviour. "Main pro is the youth programs such as peninsula pride, mental health staff are alright for basic mental health care but might wanna go somewhere like ELMHS / CYHMS for more intensive care, GPs are friendly and knowledgeable but often booked out if you want to see a specific GP."
