"My apt got cancelled twice before I could get in the third time, a bit of waiting time but really it is a bulk billing clinic so I cannot complain at all. Appreciate that were is a bulk billing clinic close to me, which are becoming increasingly rare. Dr Ansar was patient and thoughtful as I had a few things to discuss. Recommended."

"The last standing bulk billed clinic in the area with amazing reception staff and a great GP. They do have a free parking in the back for patients and also a decent waiting area with couple of toys to keep the young ones engaged."
"This place was awesome, they also have free parking at the back. I got 5 free COVID testing kit for free on the table at waiting area although they due to expire next month, it was still free and amazing. Be I hear from August 2022 they are under new management hence I believe 5 stars from here on should be the norm."
"The receptionists were lovely, however Dr Fariha was abrupt and dismissive. As a young woman you can feel vulnerable when consulting with a GP and so to be met with this attitude was unsettling. My active decision to see a female GP over a male GP was an attempt to make the experience easier for me. However, I have never felt so belittled by a GP before. Dr Fariha was sarcastic and brushed off my valid questions. I specifically booked a long consult because I wanted to enquire about a few different things. I had only two, quite important and sensitive, questions left to ask but was told our appointment was over. It wouldn't have taken long to answer them. Dr Fariha said I can come back another day because her other patients were waiting outside. When I left, the whole waiting room was empty. I felt very upset after our appointment and will not go back to see Dr Fariha. I hope GPs can understand the vulnerability of their patients and that creating a safe and understanding space for them is very important. I would not recommend seeing Dr Fariha."
