We operate from Monday to Friday, from 8.00am to 6.00pm, and offer both appointment-based services and welcome urgent walk-ins. We understand that emergencies can happen, and we are here to support you in your time of need.
In addition, we are proud to have an Australian Clinical Labs Pathology Collection Centre located on-site, available from Monday to Friday, 8.00am to 2.30pm. This convenient service ensures that you can conveniently access necessary pathology services without having to travel elsewhere.

"The way the Receptionist treat the elderly is disgraceful! I've seen them snickering at a 90 year old woman and speaking to get like she was stupid and this isn't just one incident my mom had been spoken to and treated(only by the Receptionist not the doctors) like a lower class citizen. Something better be done by this terrible toxic attitude and enviroment! Bullys.... I will go further if it's not dealt with"
"Appallingly rude admin staff: abrupt, condescending & unyielding. Ignored by both as I stood at reception desk & when each in turn finally deigned to perform the role of RECEPTION STAFF, she refused to bulk bill me (Health Care card-holder) because my Medicare card had expired -- 10 years ago (long story)! No other medical centre has refused my HC card in that time. I've been a patient there for three years without issue! Reception cobras cut me off mid-sentence when I tried to explain, and the worst of the two shouted after me as I huffed out "We'll send you the account!". Doctor, by contrast, was patient, thorough, reassuring & professional. Never again!"
"Just had my COVID appointment cancelled which was OK as they have no stock. My issue was I have to go to the end of the queue now and fingers crossed when my new date comes up they have stock. I took the new date but stressed I think their system is a little unfair but was told we are not going to change everyone else's dates and this is what the practice manager has told us to do. Not happy but we move on. My issue and all I can say is please make sure you hang up properly before you start bad mouthing someone who has been a patient of this practice for over 40 years. I feel really valued."
