"What a joke of a practice, no wonder all your patients are leaving. Refused to do telehealth appointment for results, made me pay $90 for a 10 min consult then stuffed up doing the Medicare refund. That i have to now claim manually. Told me they cant do it on the computer even though they did 2 days ago. Looks like it's time to transfer to Jenny!"
