"I used to attend this clinic for many years. Started going elsewhere due to my primary doctor moving clinics. Recently needed an appointment for a simple matter & they waited until 20 mins before my appointment to call to say they couldn’t see me as I’m classed as a “new patient” as I haven’t been there in a couple of years. The receptionist was very cold even when I spoke to her earlier & she was put in a very bad position by the doctor to have to call me so late to cancel. Extremely unprofessional service. Very disappointing. This used to be a lovely clinic"

"needed a consult since i’m feeling unwell! GP won’t do a telehealth because i haven’t seen the doctor in the last 12 months but they were happy to enroll me! nor would they allow me to come in because i have flu symptoms! called the clinic in Aurora and easily got an appointment to come in. why do they have different rules! not very helpful when you’re already sick!"
