""My recent a few visits experience to the 141 Bridge Street Clinic, unfortunately, I found the experience to be subpar. The customer service was lackluster at best, and the doctor appointment management was very poor. I was extremely disappointed to find that patients are never seen on time, and I always had to wait twice as long as expected to see the doctor. It seems that the clinic doesn't value their patients' time, and this made the experience very frustrating. In addition, the customer service was not up to par. I found the staff to be unhelpful and unfriendly, which made the experience all the more unpleasant. It seems that the clinic has a long way to go when it comes to customer service. Overall, I would not recommend the 141 Bridge Street Clinic to anyone looking for a doctor's appointment. The poor doctor appointment management and lackluster customer service made for a very frustrating and unpleasant experience.""

"The receptionist is so so racist and rude. Even if u say excuse she will straightaway cut you off, but she is amazing with Aussies. Y would u choose a job like this if you can’t stand any other nationality. We waited 2 hours even though we had an appointment and patients after me were called first. If you ask anything receptionist seem to have a heart attack. TYPICAL KAREN !!!"

"Rude receptionist, I entered the clinic without a face mask.. she aggressively asked me to put a face mask on, I went out to grab one from the car to discover that she is not wearing her mask properly and her nose is not covered. I confronted her and asked her to put her mask properly. She asked me to behave or go to another clinic. After finishing my pathology, I came out to see her chatting and joking with a patient who was not wearing a mask.. I confronted both as she was very rude and selective.."

"Always good experience and thorough. The receptionist that’s been there for years is very efficient and kind. Had a breast lump last year my Dr rang and made an appointment for me. Also he advised to never rely on just mammograms and also booked me in for an ultrasound. It was the ultrasound that led to a biopsy the mammogram didn’t pick up the lump. Sue"

"Worst doctors in Melbourne. For 4 Years I asked for tests because of lower back pain and they were too lazy to send me for tests. I went to a new Doctor who did the tests and found out my bones were not fused together, putting me at risk of being crippled. A friend went there was told there was was nothing wrong with her and she had Breast Cancer Avoid this surgery like the plague. They are only interested in work cover patients for the MONEY!! Rude receptionists also.."
