"The staff and doctors at this medical one are outstanding. They go above and beyond to help with finding you an appointment to suit also the doctors are Knowledgeable and happy to give their advice. The only downside is that they charge for children until 15 years of age. Due to all the illness that children develop during the first 5 years of their lives, it would really make a difference knowing we wouldn't be getting charged as it's a constant battle specially during winter. Thank you to the reception staff for all making us feel welcome and trying their best to find us an appointment with a doctor."

"Very unhappy customer- had my 7 month old baby who has been projectile vomiting. I asked the receptionist to can I wait at the back waiting area and she said you can’t do that (even though I do so every other time) you can go wait outside instead (it’s 16 degrees in Melbourne today). So I waited outside in the freezing cold with my baby who vomited while I waited for 30 minutes, so I can protect him from getting more sick and others around. She was unapologetic and rude, will not be returning."
