This recognition highlights her qualifications, knowledge, and training in providing safe and effective treatment for eating disorders. Whether you are dealing with depression, anxiety disorders, postnatal depression, bipolar disorder, adjustment disorders, personality disorders, drug and alcohol misuse, or workplace stress, we have the experience to support you.
At The Psychology and Therapy Clinic, we believe in a person-centered approach. We understand that each individual has unique needs, and we tailor our services accordingly. Our range of evidence-based psychological therapies includes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness skills, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) skills, Schema therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). We are pleased to offer high Medicare rebates for clients on a GP Mental Health Plan, with only small gap fees. Additionally, we accept clients with Private Health insurance. During the current COVID-19 pandemic, we understand the importance of social distancing. Therefore, we are providing support to our clients through Telehealth sessions.
